Mobile App Bug

I've uploaded one file, translated it. Then uploaded a different file, paid and it gave me first file that it has previously translates.

I need the translation in Word, Excel and PDF

The conversion of the HTML file to a PDF file is not working. Once I upload the HTML file to your application, the file processing does not complete.

When iam convert from pdf to epub ...the new file when it's finished the word comes chaina and little Arabic word ...it's very difficult to read the book...please help me. And thank you for the good application

It doesn't allow me to share the files and it doesn't allow me to download it in Spanish
