When filling and signing can only add textbox,check box and signature box to the first page

The check box, signature box and text box are all only put on the first page of a pdf however can not be added on any of the other pages

Upon further inspection when attempting to add any sort of Forms fields to the any other page apart from the first page the website just creates a blank space at the bottom and leave the form at the very bottom
